IRLA has 2 organizational bodies to fulfil the defined activities:
- The General Assembly represents all member companies and discusses topics of strategic interest for the industry and decides on the annual budget Chair: Mr. Jörg Soding, Laufenberg; Vice-Chair Marko Bill Schuster, Mondi
- The Technical Committee discusses agenda items to improve industrywide performance related to the manufacturing of Siliconized Paper as well as environmental and safety issues – Chair: Dr. Wilhelm Munninger, Mondi
All meetings are held in the presence of Dr. Nausch Treuhandbuero, an independent consulting group that ensures that all discussions comply with all national and international laws. The Treuhandbuero is acting as strictly neutral facilitator, coordinator and secretariat for the IRLA.
All members have signed IRLA`s anti-trust compliance declaration.
